Toolbox
During key transitions, leaders and professionals need accurate and accessible feedback on their strengths, blind spots, and leadership styles. They need fresh insights that can be immediately implemented, to step into their roles with confidence and clarity.
Our toolbox includes industry-leading proprietary instruments that have been carefully selected based on their robust theoretical frameworks, rigorous validation standards, and are designed for application to leadership and work contexts.
THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROFILE
A crucial catalyst for professional and personal development is receiving feedback from others. Highly effective leaders pursue 360 assessment feedback in order to gain a clear understanding of how their behaviors and leadership styles are enhancing or hindering the vitality of their teams and organizations.
The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) is a revolutionary, next-generation 360 instrument that goes beyond the typical 360 in significant ways:
+Creative competencies and reactive tendencies. It is the only 360 to measure both a battery of well-researched key leadership competencies and simultaneously measure the deeper beliefs and assumptions — the ‘operating system’ that organizes a leader’s behavior.
+Innovative integrative framework. It integrates many of the best theoretical frameworks from the leadership, adult development, and psychological bodies of knowledge. This profoundly humanizes the learning process, as the 360 data is brought into a larger narrative arch and stimulates rich conversation about both personal and professional development.
+An efficient and dynamic visual tool. The aesthetic and intuitive lay out of the results provide a holistic gestalt that immediately shows you what is working, what is not, and why, leading to immediate take-aways. Many seasoned consultants and executive coaches report using the TLCP have led to some of the most rewarding feedback sessions of their careers.
We use The Leadership Circle Profile for both 1-on-1 coaching and as the platform for our leadership team development programs and retreats. Click here for the TLCP Brochure or view a product description on this page.
HOGAN LEADERSHIP FORECAST SUITE
In top fortune 100 organizations and among leading executive coaches, Hogan Assessments stands in a category of its own. This is due to the rigorous science behind Hogan’s instruments, as well as the hundreds of validation studies backing them. In addition, while most personality profiles essentially point to one’s sense of ‘identity’ (how you see yourself), through advanced psychometrics Hogan is able to shed light into one’s ‘reputation’ — how others view and describe you. Hogan can therefore add immense nuance and expand the layers of insights into one’s leadership strengths and growth areas.
We utilize the Hogan Leadership Forecast Suite, which combines a rich coaching development report with the three platinum Hogan Assessments (click the link for Hogan’s website descriptions):
+Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) — the normal, ‘bright side’ of personality. The HPI illuminates how you work best, how you lead, and how effective you will be in a particular role or context. It is based on the Five-Factor model of personality, considered the standard in academic personality psychology.
+Hogan Development Survey (HDS) — the ‘dark side’ of personality. Hogan is renowned for its ability to assess for potential ‘derailers’, those critical blind spots and tendencies that show up during stress or strain, and that can interfere with one’s career advancement and leadership effectiveness.
+Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) — the ‘inside’ of personality. The MVPI shows the core values and drivers underneath your career interests, motivations, and what kind of roles and environments you most thrive in.
The Hogan Leadership Suite is the premier package for executive coaching. Hogan also weaves together its core assessments to produce various specialized reports, such the Hogan Leader Focus and High Potential Talent reports (both for emerging leader development).

INTEGRATIVE ENNEAGRAM QUESTIONNAIRE (IEQ9)
The Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire (iEQ9) is an Enneagram-based personality assessment designed for leadership, team and organizational development. It combines technology, statistical science and research with transformational psychology and coaching, delivering insights in a professional, meaningful, actionable and positive way.
As the most accurate Enneagram assessment on the market, it can be used for individual coaching as well as team development through the iEQ9 Team Report, a dynamic report and facilitated experience that equips teams to build deeper levels of psychological safety and trust, and ignites collaboration and collective learning. The distinctive features of the iEQ9 include:
+Adaptive Technology. The iEQ9 harnesses the power of technology to dynamically change the questionnaire items based on the individual’s responses while also testing for mistyping at a highly specified level.
+Highly Accurate (95%). Like all self-report questionnaires, there is an element of subjectivity involved in respondent results. To ensure that results are as reliable as possible, the iEQ9 has built in reliability and consistency measures.
+Sophisticated. The iEQ9 is the only test of its kind. It is sophisticated in the way it separately measures the Centers of Expression, Enneagram Type profile, Wings influence, 27 Instinctual Subtypes, Level of Integration and Six Dimensions of Stress and Strain. The tool and report provide layers of depth, allowing for nuanced insights and long-term mining of insights and development possibilities.
