Team Effectiveness Accelerator

Our Team Effectiveness Accelerator is based on the Core Strengths “Results through Relationships” workshop. This proprietary workshop integrates RQ (relationship intelligence) training and assessment with a robust digital platform, taking your team through a journey of discovery and practical skill building. Leveraging the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0), facilitated discussions and experiential learning, your team will achieve these outcomes:

  • A deep understanding about each team members’ leadership, work and communication styles based on an evidence-based model.

  • Evaluation of the team’s collective strengths and gaps.

  • Enhanced culture of trust and psychological safety that serves as a foundation for vibrant collaboration and innovation.

  • Refining the team’s approach to disagreement/conflicts and decision-making (and learning how interrelated these two components are).

  • Practical skills for giving constructive feedback and maintaining accountability (two elements that are vital for building/sustaining trust).

  • Deeper alignment, cohesion and clarity towards business and organizational goals.

This workshop is an “Accelerator” because it is designed to bring an immense amount of insight about individual/team functioning within a short period of time — yet the knowledge is extremely practical and accessible. Team members will walk away with immediate areas for improvement and will be intrinsically interested in continuing to get to know one another more deeply.


Team Enneagram Intensive

The Enneagram model of personality has been used in personal/spiritual development contexts for centuries. More recently, organizational psychologists and other leadership experts have re-purposed its profound and powerful framework for work in leadership and team development.

We utilize both the individual and team reports generated by Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9), a enneagram-based tool designed for organizational development. Leveraging our advanced training in enneagram team dynamics, this highly experiential and interactive workshop will illuminate:

  • Your team style and and collective values, along with underdeveloped styles.

  • Balance (or imbalance) among the team's thinking, feeling, and action/body centers.

  • Collective measure of team strain/resilience in multiple dimensions.

  • Dynamics between the team and the leader.

  • Impact on relationships, planning, tasks and goals.

We can design an intensive workshop to immediately engage your team in the change process, or create a longer-term development program with multiple points for evaluation, discussion and practice.
