We work with leaders in diverse contexts and roles, from senior executives or founders in charge of crafting vision and culture, to high potential managers looking for an accelerated developmental pathway to higher levels of leadership.

Leaders bring knowledge and experience about their particular industries and contexts — we bring our expertise in the science and art of leadership and team/organizational health, combining research-based tools with interdisciplinary wisdom to help them achieve their goals.

How We Will Work Together

Our coaching engagements typically take on two formats:

  • 3 to 4-month laser-focused coaching program where we focus on one primary goal. This is a highly energizing, focused, and intensive process that unpacks obstacles and lays down a pathway for transformation.

  • 9 to 12-month developmental coaching program where we focus on multiple goals and engage your leadership development journey in a more comprehensive capacity.

All programs include:

  • Validated, research-based assessments that offer feedback as well as training in paradigm-shifting frameworks for leadership effectiveness and interpersonal functioning.

  • Structured coaching sessions based on a dynamic approach pioneered by Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (for the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education). We typically meet every other week and also co-design self-coaching sessions to accelerate learning and application.
